Door & window repair, statewide
About Arkansas Doors & Windows
Ten years of fixing what other companies want to replace
We're a door and window repair company serving homeowners in every county in Arkansas. No showroom, no sales appointment, no financing pitch — just technicians who turn up, work out what actually failed, and fix it.
It started with a question nobody was answering honestly
Why does every quote for a sticking door come back as a new door? For years we watched Arkansas homeowners get told their patio slider, their back door, their whole run of windows needed replacing — when the actual fault was a collapsed roller, a rotted three inches of jamb, or a sealed glass unit that had given up after one hard winter.
Replacement is a bigger sale. It's also a bigger disruption, a bigger bill, and very often completely unnecessary. So Arkansas Doors & Windows was built to do the other job: the smaller one, the one that takes skill rather than a sales script.
Ten years on, that's still the whole business. We repair. We only recommend replacing something when it genuinely can't be saved, and when we do, we show you exactly why.
If your frame is sound, you almost certainly don't need a new door.
Every service we offer
Doors and windows are the entire business. Nothing on this list is a sideline to something else — it is what our technicians do every day, in every county in the state.
Some of it is what people expect from us: a patio door that will not slide, a window with a broken pane, a screen the dog went through. The rest tends to surprise homeowners — a deadbolt that stopped lining up, a storm door the wind got hold of, French doors that no longer meet in the middle, or a storefront that needs securing at two in the morning. If it is a door, a window, or the frame and hardware around one, it is ours.
Four things we hold to
Not a mission statement. Just how the job actually gets done.
Repair first
We recommend replacement only when a repair genuinely won't hold — and then we show you the reason, not just the price.
Diagnose honestly
Sometimes the answer is that nothing is broken. Water on the inside of your glass in January is indoor humidity, and we'll tell you so rather than sell you glass.
Build for this climate
Arkansas humidity, wind-driven rain and freeze-thaw ruin work that ignores them. We specify materials and finishes that survive here.
Answer the phone
Every hour of every day. A door that won't lock or a window blown out by hail is not a Monday morning problem.
The people who turn up at your door
This is a specialist trade, and we staff it that way. Our technicians work on the same systems every day — wood and steel entry doors, aluminum and vinyl sliders, storm doors, double-hungs with failed balances, and frames that have been quietly taking on water at the sill for a decade.
They arrive in a stocked truck, in uniform, and they carry the common hardware, weatherstrip and screen material so the job usually finishes on the first visit. Drop cloths go down, boots get wiped, and the old material leaves with them.
And they'll talk you through what they found. If you want to understand why your door only sticks in July, ask — that conversation is part of the job.

Whether it's a single back door or a building's worth of windows, the process doesn't change: inspect, quote, repair.

All of Arkansas, not just Little Rock
Arkansas Doors & Windows is a statewide company. We cover Little Rock and central Arkansas, Fayetteville, Bentonville and the Northwest corner, Fort Smith and the River Valley, Jonesboro and the Delta, and south to Texarkana, El Dorado and Pine Bluff.
Because we're mobile, there's no showroom to drive to. A technician comes to your home or property, diagnoses the problem in front of you, and in most cases finishes the repair the same day.
